At Alpha Tech, Inc. much of our production work is close-tolerance CNC machining utilizing materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, super alloys (Hastelloy C-276, Tantalum, Inconel, etc.) plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous castings. Customer industries include instrumentation (liquid and pneumatic flow lines), fiber optics, computer electronics, automotive, etc.
We employ full-time programmers to keep all CNC and EDM machines programmed. Our CAM packages include SURFCAM and ESPRIT. Programs are transmitted via CIMCO DNC.
